Student Night Sponsors

SEAOSD’s annual Student Night dinner meeting is coming up and I’m here to ask for your help in sponsoring the event.

Our annual “Student Night” dinner meeting is coming up on March 4, 2025. As you know from getting these emails in the past, to help encourage student participation and involvement, students are invited to attend free-of-charge.  To be able to do this our organization is reaching out to local engineering firms and industry partners to help support this event.   This has always been a well-attended event, and it’s a great opportunity for the graduating students to meet representatives from local firms and get a better idea of what we do in practice.  It is also an excellent opportunity for firms to gain exposure and meet the next generation of engineers. 

Please confirm if I can count on your firms support this year, and anticipated dollar amount.  Typical sponsorship amounts have been between $200 and $500.  With sponsorship, your firm’s name/logo will be included, along with our other sponsors, on a display board at the event. The $500 sponsors are also able to setup a table with handout info. This year, we are excited to be planning to meet in person at Stone Liberty Station.
