Business Forum Committee (BFC) Meeting:
Risk Management Forum moderated by Jeff Cavignac
The BFC will be hosting their second quarterly meeting of 2010 on
Risk Management and Insurance issues for Engineers. Please RSVP to
Cathy Riley
secretary@seaosd.org
by
Wednesday,
June 23, 1010,
if you are interested in attending. This event is open to all
SEAOSD members with a desire to better understand and develop their
own actions toward managing risk in the structural engineering
consulting arena – from principals to entry level engineers.
Members are encouraged to bring architect guests. This is a great
opportunity to get direct feedback from one of the leaders in risk
management in our industry.
If you had one most important question to ask about risk management,
insurance and contract writing, what would it be?
Now is your opportunity to get that question answered and get
feedback from Mr. Cavignac and principals of some of the leading
firms in San Diego,
who will be in attendance contributing to the forum discussion.
Please submit your question to Cathy
secretary@seaosd.org
by Friday, June 11th, 2010 for inclusion in
the forum discussion.
If you are interested in the topic but can’t make the trip, you can
attend virtually via a “GoTo Meeting” live webinar format. Contact
the BFC Chair, Jim Conley (jconley@hopeengineering.com),
if you are interested in attending online or have any other
additional questions.
